We wanted more from life. Big days, long dinners, evenings worth remembering, and mornings that didn’t cost us the next day.

But the drinks never kept up. Mezcal and margaritas set the bar for flavour, then took the morning with them. Everything without alcohol was sweet and forgettable, nothing you’d pour with pride. We wanted full flavour, a proper moment to switch off, and to wake up feeling good.

So we went back to something centuries old, and made it at our kitchen table, for people who want everything and refuse to dull any of it.

i · the original elixir

before the cocktail, there was the bitter.

Before the apothecary, bitter was the wise woman’s craft: the healers and herb-wives history called witches. We make ours by hand in London, in their tradition, from foraged herbs and gentian root: the bitterest root on earth, native to the mountains of Europe.

Bitter is the grown-up taste. The taste modern food forgot. Once you have it, you crave it.

manifest. then build.

Elixir is for the architects of their own lives: you dream it up, then you make it happen. Manifesting here is a tool, like a training plan or a vision board. Three pipettes to mark the moment, then back to the work.
