How long does my order take to ship?

Batch 1 will ship on October 7th. As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive an email notification. London orders will be delivered by hand, and the rest of the UK will be sent via courier. If there are any changes to the expected shipping date we will update you as soon as possible.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Sadly we don’t have this option currently. If you’d like to buy from anywhere out with the UK though, please let us know at hello@drink-elixir.co and we will do our best to get it in your hands.

What is your return policy? 

We will refund the full value of any product(s) purchased directly on www.drink-elixir.co provided that you are able to return the product(s) to us within 30 days of receipt of your order, you are able to provide a receipt or proof of purchase and the product is unopened, in the same condition you received them and with any labels and packaging intact.
